Shipping & returns

Shipping
All Australian and International orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
For orders placed before 3pm we will endeavour to ship out that same day.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.
Saltwater takes no responsibility for orders once they have been dispatched.

Shipping costs
We offer regular and express shipping within Australia with the cost being determined by the weight of the items purchased and our contractual rates with Australia Post eParcel.
International shipping is calculated on the weight of the items purchased and your location.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number that can be traced at  http://auspost.com.au/track/.

Returns & Exchanges

All sale items are final. We do not offer exchange or returns/refunds on SALE items.
Full price merchandise in a saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days of receiving the product in Australia.
For International purchases you have 14 days to notify us at [email protected] and return your item(s) from the date you receive your order.
Items not received within this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
All tags must be attached.

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Saltwater takes no responsibility for returned orders that a lost in transit and not received.
Shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied. 
Refunds will be automatically refunded to the service via which you have purchased.
A refund will be given if there is a fault in the garment or it has been damaged during shipping.
Faulty items must be returned before a refund is processed.

Upon receiving your package, you will find enclosed your purchase and a Returns Authorisation Form. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item it must be returned with the Returns Form and the invoice that comes with your purchase.
